Complaint: They continued billing me. While I was out of the country I emailed them that my account was closed. They said that they had to speak to someone personally on the phone before closing the account knowing that I was out of the country. When I got back to the US and called they said I could not accept my cancelation during the three month “dunning cycle”” but I could call afterwards. The day the three month cycle ended
