Email received stating our card was declined for our reservation. It looked suspicious so I called Great Wolf directly not using the number listed. They said my reservations were fine and payments were good.I decided to call the number in the email. They did ask for my card numbers and claimed my card had originally been declined. I told them I was sure my payment was fine he continued to try and convince me so I hung up. They used Great Wolf answering service on their call as well but certainly were not great wolf lodge.
