Never received item and harvcity not answering nor returning email or phone calls

 

My Complaint: On 12/28/2013 I ordered a pair of men’s shoes from harvcity.com.
On 1/9/2014 they took the payment out of my checking account. It is now 2/4/2014 and I have not received the item I ordered on 12/28/2013. I have attempted contacting Harvcity on several occasions thru email/telephone calls and no answer.

 

My Demand: Delivery of item/Return Item/Refund
