CT BODY SCANS FROM HEATHY BODY IMAGING

 

My Complaint: On January 26, 2013 I make a purchase a plan name Charter Club 3, 3 years plan to this company who offers Body Scans. I went to the office and there is another kind of business now, no website, no answer phone calls. This plan included Heart, lungs, abdomen and pelvic scan and 1 virtual colonoscopy images.

 

My Demand: Return money or provide the service they suppost to offer…
