Horizon Product west is a scam and Don Turner should go to jail

 

My Complaint: Shipped us 2 tubs of degreaser that we didn’t order. Trying to charge us $569. Phone number on invoice doesn’t work. They call for payment after 30 days from a different number. They said we can’t return the product. Don Turner is a scam artist and a real jerk on the phone.

 

My Demand: We want to return the product at no charge
