I entered this establishment on Tuesday 10/12/16 at approximately 10:00am. I paid cash in the automated machine however, the machine malfunctioned and did not return my $15 change. I pulled around and was met by Slovodian Bokovich. I explained that the machine didn’t return my change. In a very unpleasant and aggitated manner Bokovich responds, ” how much is that?” I said ” $15.00. ” He then says, ” do you have a receipt?” I said, ” yes, I do.” I, at this point am wondering if he belives he knows me from a bad experience due his comfort level of rudeness. I then attempted to hand the receipt that was asked if I had to Bokovich. He then says, ” I don’t need it” as he’s spraying my car and me in the process. I am sitting in my car in dismay. I kept thinking, what is going on. He then tells me to come inside office once my wash is finished to get my change. After my wash was complete, I parked my car and entered the building to retrieve my change. Bokovich walks in the building ahead of me, walks to the back of the building and returns with cash in hand and places in on the counter without saying a word and turns to walk away. I said, ” excuse me, what is this?” He then replies in a very condescending tone, “ahhhhh $15.” I said, hold on you are extremely rude. Why would you place the money on the counter and expect me to know this is intended for me without utering a word. He then went on to explain that it was not a counter that the money was placed on and he didn’t have time to deal with me, he had to attend to customers. I at that point had hand enough and used a few curse words and walked out. I noticed another employee and asked the other employee if Bokovich was the owner and was told no. I then asked the other employee if he could please give me the owners information. He walked into the building when Bokovich was. The employee came out only to tell me that Bokovich instructed him to tell me that if I wanted the information to come get it from him. By this time Bokovich is standing about 5 ft from me. So I asked for the owners information in front of 2 witnesses. He then says he’s the owner. I told him that if he was in fact the owner he needs to watch how he treats his customers and he then says, ” well I’m not the owner now but about to be.” I at this point know that Bokovich is psychotic. | He then starts rambling about how I used terrible language and I need to watch my mouth. And how he was born at Grady Hospital??? I told him that I didn’t give a (choice phrase) about where he was born and that he was flat out rude and ignorant. He told me to leave or he’d call the police and I said, ” please do.” The police arrived I gave my side and he gave his. I was told by the nice officer that this was a civil matter. The officer said that Bokovich told him he was the owner but we know that’s not true. I was instructed by the officer that I could file a formal complaint against the business and I had to leave since Bokovich asked me to. I left and here we are. Bokovich was unprofessional, rude, ignorant and was a clear racist. He sprayed me in my face, created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and totally showed how one ignorant person can ruin a business. I plan on escalating the matter to the proper authorites. This will and should not happen to others.
