Dear Mr. Ganatra/ Mr. Soni, I am very sorry to write this email to complaint about Hotel Meridian Palace-Jammu. we checked in at hotel meridian palace- jammu on 11th oct2015 and checked out on 12th october 2015. we took for 3 rooms in hotel where the food which was served at hotel was of worst quality and ridiculous. room service was also at lowest level. they took more than 90 mins to serve water. we have to call reception and room service numbers so many times and they did not even care to pick up the phone to serve water.we had same experiance on 11th night and 12th morning. we were very much frustrated and we asked manger to give phone number of owner. they give number of Mr. Akhil Kapoor(Director of Hotel- [protected]) he did not picked up the phone so i sent sms to him but he did not reply at all. I think top management of Hotel is not at all interested in hotel business. they just invested money. they don’t care for customers at all. I request u that “PLEASE DON’T SUGGEST HOTEL MERIDIAN PALACE-JAMMU” to any of your customer in future. we had excellent experience in other hotel through out our tour schedule, but our stay at Jammu was not at all as per expectations.
