ok so i recently booked a trip to cancun but then found out about this whole swine flu and refuse to go i literally called the next day and they would not refund me my money. i lost just about 1,500 dollars.How could there be such a policy in which you are not entitled to a refund?My trip isnt till the 30th of june.I am still tryin everything i can i even contacted help me howard!!I feel this is an unfair policy to people , it gives a message saying screw you basically.Im sure i am not the only one who has been wronged by hotwire.MAybe all os us can come together and file a class action suit.I am appauled at the way they handled the situation ..What great customer service skills they have there over at hot wire…. nTaurus24nbrooklyn, New YorkU.S.A.
