Judy Perkins, owner of Dazzling Your Style, has not refunded my money on an order I placed with her company on 8/29/12. After inquiring about my order on 9/10 and 9/22, on 9/25/12, Judy stated she would issue a refund of $127, which would take 48 hours to process. As of today, Oct 3, 2012, no refund has been processed and she has been rude and still refuses to immediately refund my money.
