No Delivery of Purchased Item
My Complaint: On 1 August 2013 I ordered a Weber Grill from Ibexica. They required an Amazon gift card as payment type. This raised my suspicion and caused me to research the company on line. My research revealed no complaints against them at the time. They advised me the grill had been shipped and was due to arrive 13-14 August. It has not arrived yet (as of 22 August) and the company’s email and website are no longer operating. The listed phone is also inoperable.
