FINALLY ABLE TO REACH A REPRESENTATIVE OF MASTERCARD WHO SAID GLITCH IN SYSTEM?? SOMETIMES HAPPEN, BUT THEY WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE? SHOEBUY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS TO REFUND THE MONIES???
