So Ive purchased a MUD mask from ( Kieh; ) , It turned into stone, so I sent it in for warranty. After I spent my precious postage and time communicating with customer server, they have stop comminucate back with me. It has been 3 months since I have mailed them the item. They wanted me to give them my credit card number over the phone, so that they could give me a credit back. Wow. that sure seems like a potential for a sham or my credit card number being used by some Kiehl’s employee. After all their email says not to give credit card number over email, why should I give it over the phone to them. After 3 months, I have no profuct or credit on my Kiehls account. I have opened a BBB Case, which Kiehl’s BBB Rating is lousy ” F “” Enclosed is a letter proof of Kiehs asking for my product . I just want my replacement . you seem so nice in the beginning and your email. I did not expect this whole process to turn into a horrible nightmare.”
