PLACED LARGE ORDER: WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY INFORMATION AND WILL NOT RESPOND
My Complaint: SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, TIME, FRUSTRATION AND DELAYS…DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER DEAL WITH THIS UNRELIABLE SHAM OF A BUSINESS!
Just as soon as they receive your order and credit card information they disappear and cannot be reached!
I made the HUGE mistake of placing a kitchen cabinet order with kitchensonclearance.com on Sept 9, 2015 for a total cost of $3235.48. The order was placed with good faith and the belief that I was purchasing a high quality product that would be shipped within “10-14 business days (their written promise!)
Well, today is Sept 30 and still NOTHING! I have repeatedly called and sent numerous email requests for assistance to Sales, Online Chat, Customer Support, Parent Company Sobe Online, Kim, [email protected] AND Logistics and I still cannot get anyone to answer my one very simple question: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THIS SHIPMENT”?
EVERY single online company I have ever dealt with has provided a scheduled ship date and ETA no matter how large or how small the order! Not this group! Phone calls and emails go unanswered and if someone does answer…they are unable to provide any shipping/delivery information because that has to go through the Logistics department…which as far as I can tell does not even exist! Or if it does, no one works there who knows how to answer a phone or respond to a simple customer inquiry!
Because they can not or will not reply with the most basic request for shipping and delivery status–it appears that my only remaining option is to report this company, Kitchens On Clearance and their parent company Sobe Kitchens as a fraudulent online business! AND place a dispute on the credit card I used to place the order!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONLINE BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!
My Demand: CANCEL ORDER NO CHARGES
