I brought a dress from them on 11/25; recieved the dress and its wasn’t the right fit so I returned the dress. I abide by the company policy to return the dress within 3 days and including a tracking number to the returned item. I set the dress back and email them the tracking number. I recieved the email that they had received my dress and they were in the process of sending out my new order. Well I never got it. I sent several emails to them and no respond. Someone would email stating that the dress was caught up in customs, one email the dress was stolen and then i got emails of invalid tracking numbers. After several months of pleding with the company to just sent me my money back, they stop emailing. This has been going on since Nov 2013 and it is now May 2014 and I still don’t have my dress nor my money.
