We hired a maid from this agency last May 26, 2017 (late evening) of which we paid the full amount of Php11, 500 as service fee plus transportation expenses. However, the maid only lasted for five (5) days. We immediately requested for a replacement. We talked to this Valerie Picardal (“Val”) who was so unprofessional. She explained that the reason she did not answer my calls was that she arrived late for work. We decided to go to the agency a few days later so we directly talked to agents Melvin David and Val. They both promised us that they will update us whether or not they have applicants for replacement. No updates were ever given. A month after, or on July 1, 2017, I requested for the refund by text message. This Melvin apoligizes and says he will endorse some applicants within the day. That never happened. Thus, on July 10, 2017, I messaged Melvin requesting the refund. To date, no refund has been given despite constant followups. The owner of Maid Source, said to be one named GREG DE LEON, is never present in the agency”s office and never contacted me even if I requested Melvin to relay the same. I messaged Maid Source thru Facebook (FB) messenger demanding our refund but they ignored my messages. They also blocked my messages/comments in their FB page and only post the few comments with a positive feedback. I also filed a complaint with the Barangay, but GREG DE LEON never appeared. This GREG DE LEON seems to hide behind the back of his employees. This may be resolved if Greg DE LEON at least calls me back. If not, I will be happy to finally meet him in court soon!
