I called Marr’s heating to request an estimate for repairs to my radiant heat system. At no time did the rep inform me that they charged for providing estimates. A tech visited to get information for the estimate. Six months later, Marr’s plumbing had still not completed the estimate and was invoicing me for a service call for the tech’s visit. I was explicit that I was requesting an estimate, not a service call. Moreover, Marr’s Heating never even completed and estimate.
