Complaint: MVA has an insurance lapse on me since January 2010. I have been recently arrested for this matter. I have a court date of 7/12/17. They have just started garnishing me for $1700, a pay period. My employer did not notify me until after I received my first pay. I want some to advise me of what I can do, because my employer can terminate me for the arrest.
