Masters Auto NYC on 165-25, Hillside Avenue Jamaica, NY 11432 advertised a car at a pretty low price. I went in knowing that I have good credit and had a good amount for a down payment. The car looked in good condition, had a clean carfax, and performed well on the test drive. | They were very nice in the beginning, I put my down payment and since it was on the weekend I had to come on a weekday to finalize the financing portion. When I came back to finalize the deal I was suddenly told that I have bad credit and they provided me a loan with an apparently high interest rate. I was ticked off but I went forward with the deal because I wanted to get it over with. When I went to drive the car away I all of a sudden realize that this was not the same car I test drove the day before. Its brakes were bumpy, its transmission sounded like it was on its last legs but the color, model, and year seemed the same on paper. | Luckily enough I took pictures of the first car to show my wife before. I was now able to zoom in on the VIN# of the car and my suspicions were confirmed – this was a different car.
