Charged and item not received

 

My Complaint: I ordered an item, was charged on August 5, 20 days ago, and have yet to receive my item when the website stated 5 to 10 days. The item is still listed as preparing for shipment and I received no response to an email sent. The dispute is now with PayPal.

 

My Demand: Full refund
