Mediacrib took my money

 

My Complaint: Used “free” opportunity to download something. They accessed my account for a $1 fee then every month charged me $34.95 for 3 months. They said they would reimburse me for 2 of the months. That I should have read the terms and conditions. I didn’t even know nor could I find them when I went back.

 

My Demand: want my money back
