Not returning my email or phone call.
My Complaint: Ordered a necklace and earings, in late November early December for a Christmas gift. It is now March and no items or return email/phone call. I have called and sent a email stating my needs and no reply. This was all done in December. I was wanting the gifts for my granddaughters Christmas gifts.
My Demand: My items or my money back. And them to be removed from Groupon.
