I received a letter from Mutual Savings Life Insurance Company regarding a life Insurance policy my husband had that named me as the beneficiary. Note that he passed away 5 and a half years ago, so I was shocked that they contacted me after all these years. | I was asked in the letter to contact them and provided a phone #. I spent all day on the phone on hold trying to get thru to a person, and never reached a live person. I tried 3 different times, and each time, I was put on hold for over an hour. The last time, I waited 2.5 hours on hold, and no one ever answered. The call just finally cut off. What kind of customer service is this?
