These folks are nasty. Don’t give them a card unless you want to cancel it before they re-bill. | They didn’t notify me of pending billing. | I contacted them immediately – takes 10 minutes to get to ‘verified’ on chat. They can’t help – but they’ve filed something with the finance team. | 8 days later I get an email from a noreply address stating that my account is canceled and all charges were earned. | The phone number listed in the transaction doesn’t work. | Chat people say they’ll ‘check on it.’ | I’ve disputed the charge with the bank, but this is horrific customer service behavior, especially from a company posing as ‘helping’ with your money. Seems it’s more like ‘helping themselves’ with your money.
