Cashed in credit card, won’t return calls or emails and won’t ship chairs


My Complaint: My wife ordered two Mustang chairs from this website over a month ago and they won’t return her calls or my calls and won’t return emails but they did charge the credit card.
This salesman, Derrek Harlow, will not return calls or emails and they won’t send a tracking number. The website shows chairs are in stock but in an email, they claim they are back ordered.


My Demand: I want money back or send the chairs.
