I have contacted this company multiple times using their “contact us”. Not once have I heard back from them. If my profile will not update, which only tells me I did not put valid information in the appropriate areas that I darn well did ( that information has not changed since I signed up, I was only trying to change my phone number) and they do not answer any of my other queries, then how can I be sure this company is legitimate?
