Cannot get in touch
My Complaint: So, I applied for a debit card and have received it….have not put money on it …thank God! Went to try to ‘activate’ by phone and online…can’t!!!! I got in touch because of a gift card I got that I couldn’t refill, so I got in touch , by phone. I talked to a ‘Carrisa’ and so called ‘Supervisor Brian’!! MY BIGGEST CONCERN WAS THE INFO I GAVE THEM, LIKE MY SECURITY #!!!!!
My Demand: Turn in to FTC!! PROTECT MY IDENTITY!!!
