Ordered a small part, shipped USPS priority mail. Paid, got order confirmation. 9 days later part still did not even ship, let alone arrive. No emails, no shipping confirmations, no contact whatsoever. Repeated calls, emails, etc got no response. Calls don’t even go to voicemail, just hung up. Disputed charge with credit card who sided with me because they didn’t even respond to them. Only days after that did I get an email from them stating that the order was cancelled. Yes, I got my money back but by force and dealing with this stuff is annoying. I would choose another source if you actually want to get the part. There is a complete absence of customer service here. Now my car will be down for over 2 weeks. What kind of business runs like this!? I wonder if the seller has literally ever bought anything from anyone else ever on the internet? If you don’t stock an item, you don’t allow people to order it. It’s that simple! Heck if you’re too incompetent to have a stock system on your website, then just send a freaking email saying “hey it’s going to be a week before this even ships” and allow me to go to another vendor. No this guy wants to have his cake and eat it too. Thanks for nothing.
