Requires you to pay fee and they do not deliver on promises


My Complaint: Company contacted me stating mortgage company sent them my loan modification application for approval. July 10th was told I was approved and to send (4) $375 payments to be made July, August, Sept. and October 2013 for Risk Management which would protect against foreclosure. Bank is foreclosing and Nationwide not responding to email or phone messages. Mortgage company states there is not a loan modification on file for me from this company and no loss mitigation which Brian James assured they were in contract negotiations.


My Demand: Return all payments
