Ordered a signet ring based on their attractive and professional sample pictures at their website. They delivered a piece of junk: the engraving was clearly done by machine and one half of the engraving was completely muddled — the image of the family crest was completely indiscernible. Plus the depth of the engraving was pathetic, less than 1 mm. I am going to junk the ring for the gold in it. I complained and they promised to replace it. Followed up with several emails. No response.
