6/30/2014 I ordered a part secondary air check valve for a 2004BMW I also ordered a gasket for same part. received the part in a couple days. the part they sent me was not correct. I called they were not helpful, wanted to send me the same part again. I asked to send the part back. they sent me an authorization and Emailed me a shipping label. I returned the part. I requested that they waive the restocking fee as the error was theirs. I have been E mailing them through their customer service support page on their website. kept checking my account online. they removed the check valve from my orders, so I assumed they were processing my credit. I never received a credit. I contacted them several more times, no response. finally I called and actually reached someone, they claim I only returned the gasket, the $3.89 part, not the checkvalve that was $104.89. This info is incorrect, I never returned the gasket. I called Next Day Auto again and was told again that they researched it and they closed the account, they would not issue a credit. It has been over 3 months now and I cannot get someone at the company to return a call and talk to me. .
