I placed an order with Nomorerack on 11/21/12. They accepted my payment with no problem. Aweek later on 11/27/12 I recieved an email stating that my order had shipped and was provided with a tracking number. I tried for over a week to track my shipment with the tracking number they gave me only to find out that the tracking number didnt belong to any of the delivery companys that i know. I emailed customer service at nomorerack .com and got no respronse for about 3 days. I finally emailed them aghain and finally got a response. I was told that my items were on back order and would be shipped on 12/05/12. I asked for the name of the company that would be delivering my items and again was ignored for 4 more days. When I finally got a response on 12/6/12 I was told that someone would be contacting me i 5-7 business days to let me know when my items would ship. So apparently the items did not ship on 12/5/12. I again emailed them and stated that I just wanted my $50 refunded and to cancel the order and now again I am being ignored. This company is a joke. It is now 12/14/12 and I still have not recieved my items or a refund.
