Ntelos has suddenly changed my billing cycle and charging me 15 extra on each of my phones for data overages. One month I only used a little over 1 gb of my 2gb limit. Maybe since they are selling out they are trying to rake up as much extra money as possible. I have had my phones set to shut off Internet since the day I bought them and all of a sudden this doesn’t work anymore. I have used the full 2 gb many months on my phone and never been charged before. The service reps just keep saying the same thing over and over. Well the 28th is the day u got your phone, but billing didn’t start til the 29th. Yeah right! Those tight wads would never give u a free service day. This has class action suit wrote all over it.
