the left earpiece broke for no apparent reason(they had been resting on top of my head). Anyway

I went Online and found their web site and called their “”Customer Service department””. They said to mail them a copy of the receipt and the glasses and they would fix them. They said it normally took 6 to 8 weeks to get them back. This was in late May of 1999. After about 10 weeks or so I became worried about my glasses

so my wife called “”Customer Service”” to check on them. They said they hadn’t gotten to them yet and not to worry. Several weeks later my wife called again checking on the glasses and was told that they needed $19.95 to fix the glasses because the warranty only covered defects. Well my wife argued with them that it was a defect because nothing out of the ordinary had been done to break the earpiece. So
