Direct express never gave me the money back that someone fraud entry took from me in Las Vegas Nevada and im in indiana! It’s been almost a year now.! Over 4oo. Direct express knew that it was totally fraudulent because they shut my card down BEFORE I even knew the money was missing! I filled out the fraud papers and sent them in, even made a police report! Nothing! Still no money. I only make around 800 per month. I had to embarrassingly go to my county and get help with my rent or I was going to be evicted. The worse of it all is I sent 2 packeys of fraud papers in and both times they say they never received them! Customer service?? What a joke, after apprx. One and half hour wait time, nobody can give me answers. Shame on you direct express!
