We bought two plane tickets thorough Orbitz, with a cost of US 521 each, for a total of US 1042. We paid with a debit card, and now we have been retained US 2084, double the amount of our tickets. Although the money has not been charged yet, the is no reason for having double the amount retained, and for 45 days!!! I have sent emails to Orbitz customer care and receive strange answers that redirect me to other telephones and email addresses. It is an extraordinary abuse the retention of such an amount for an unusually long period, and I get no answer from Orbitz, apart from the worry that they might charge our tickets on double their price!!!!
