I went ahead and ordered a laptop from Pc Directbiz Bundle 18 a Compaq 2500 Series Notebook. I fed exed all of my information and the contract on 04.07.04 they deducted 99.00 from my checking account for the application processing fee. nA few days later I was sent an email stating that I had been accepted, but that I would need to put a down payment of 344.77 before further processing, I sent a check for this amount which was then cashed on 04.30.06. Starting my new weekly payments of 20.00 a week which I had scheduled to be taken out every Friday…But somehow are removed every Monday. nIt is now 06.14.06 and I have not received the bundle I had ordered, I have spoken to the same customer service representatives with no avail. They are rude and very unprofessional, I have tried and logged the numerous personal phone calls left to Mr. James Cook the President. He has not contacted me nor shows any interest in helping me receive my bundle. They keep holding it off. I was told two to four weeks and I still have not seen or heard from this company only when they are deducting the 20.00 dollars every Monday from my bank account. nThis company is not consumer friendly the head customer service representative Maria is very rude and knows nothing about what is going on. She seems to be completely oblivious to all complaints and has no time to hear the customer or even worry about his or her needs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and this company has had numerous problems with customers which if I was aware of I would not have gotten as involved as I have been. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is very unorganized and in the amount of time it has taken for me to send money I could have saved for the new computer.
