Missleading sales information
My Complaint: They tell you you are buying a language learning program for $9.95. Then you get bill four times for $64.00 (total $256) which is is never revealed. Their customer service department demonstrates no interest in resolving the situation. This is a rippoff company. The product itself is not bad, but telling someone that the cost is $9.95 when the cost is really $256 is bad.
My Demand: I’ll return the product, refund the money.
