Company claims debit card is suspended

 

My Complaint: Received text with phone number from “Beneficial Mutual Savings Bank Online”. Called number back, a recording came on saying there’s problem on my debit card due to a technical error. Recording instructed to enter my ss# to avoid suspension. Please stop this fraud before innocent people lose their identity. I hope they catch the SOBs.

 

My Demand: Please investigate this before someone loses their identity. Especially the elderly, they’re the most vulnerable so this. I don’t have anyth
