Not returning calls after I paid
My Complaint: ON October 18, 2013 I applied online for business loan. after a few declines. I started to received a heavy call volume from loan companies. The one I answered was from a supposed loan company: GE Capital first customer service rep identified himself as ‘JUAN WALKER’ after verifying some information he switched me to another handler who identified himself as ‘NATHAN CRUZ’. He claimed that I was approved for a loan of $5000.00 and claimed that this amount needed to be wired transferred via Western Union due to my credit score. A transfer fee of $300.00 was to be put on a green dot money pack card to pay for western union fees. Upon completion of this transaction he claim that there was an accidental increase in the loan amount to $10000.00 that the error prevented them from making full corrections until Monday October 21, 2013. I agreed to the terms of the increase on the condition that I can repay $5000.00 of the loan without a penalty. They agreed. and requested another $300.00 to deliver the amount increase via green dot money pack card. after transaction was completed Nathan Cruz gave me ten codes for the release of the money ($999.99 each number code) for Western Union. I then received another call from Nathan Cruz indicating that the $10000.00 loan amount incurred a $250.00 tax charge indicating that his company will come up with half and that I was to come up with the other half: $125.00 on a Green dot money pack card. Once transaction was completed. He said that the money was wired and that it would take twenty to thirty minutes to receive.
The result, money was never received and after numerous phone call attempts there was no response. All call entries are logged on my Samsung Galaxy S4 android phone.
