Bought a Trane Air conditioner system in the year 2014. Made a service call in 2015. Service person mentioned as it is manufacturing defect and covered under warranty at no cost us. Few months later got a call for open invoice with them. We said we did not receive any invoice by mail and we do not expect any invoice as it was warranty coverage. They mentioned that it was invoiced online and they are not mailing any invoice. It was surprise for us. They created online access to us and got information about the invoice. It was for diag fee which they did not inform at the time of service. Now they have lien on our warranty service.
