I booked a prepaid King Suite through Hotels.com at Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista, FL. Upon check-in, all seemed normal; no exceptions were made to us. When we opened the room door, we found we were misled by the front desk clerk because this was not the King Suite we prepaid to get, but a 2-bed suite. He knew it when he handed the us the key cards but said nothing. I called to ask where my King Suite was. He said they did not have any. nI called Hotels.com. They are usless when there is a problem. They will give you want they please. nThe front desk clerk also fails to mention they are renovating and you get and hammer and nail wake up call at 0830 on Sunday morning. The rooms are poor with gouges in the walls and holes in the furniture. The A/C in the bedroom is very noisy especially when it cycles on. No one at this hotel apologizes for anything. Of course
