I discovered that I am paying for insurance that I declined when the account was opened. I then told him to remove it and he promised he would. Guess what? Now he claims that it cant be removed and I am also paying for Benifits Plus. These are unwanted and are not explained when the contract was signed. I inquired about these add ons when i signed and was told they would be removed. Now I Have tried contacting the managers District manager
