I hire a machine and paid u00a3100 deposit. The machine did not do the job as the company did not give information on how to use it. Tried with 2 machines and the second was not even functional, yet I was charged for it. Upon requesting a refund I was charged u00a378, which included a cleaning charge, even though I had the machine jet cleaned, and I didn’t even get the job (for which I hired the machine) done and the company know that. Avoid them at all costs, unless you have money to waste.
