Rating of zero star if it was an option! Booked a vacation for 3 people to Las Vegas, final amount to be charged to our credit card was displayed, we proceeded to put in our credit card information, and click the submit button, it then brought us to the confirmation page where it then said IT CHARGED OVER $500 MORE THAN it said where i input my credit card information. We immediately contract redtag, calling on two different phones to both be on hold for longer than 20 minutes! In the meantime an email with screenshots were sent to them. We have been playing phone tag for three days now and all they are saying is that we have an option to pay $250 / person to cancel and re-book for another price. The amount that i the cardholder agreed to be charged to my credit card is the amount that should have been charged to my credit card. They have done absolutely nothing about this, will NEVER be booking with them again, they do not value their customers and their customer service and follow ups are awful. (This includes being on hold for over an hour!)
