I was contacted by Republic Partners Properties about my Mayan Palace timeshare and that they had a buyer. Said they would have to confirm title of timeshare and charged me $1850 that was under Lunar II Enterprises New York, NY on my bank statement. They had me do a customer identification process with name affidavit. I was charged and nobody ever got back with me.
