We found out from this website last year. As there are a protion of angry or false customers we asked reseller rating to remove our store as we never added it. Not only did they not respond. They removed whatever positive feedback we did have, or customers changed in a resolution taking place, but they say in order for us to respond react, etc we must pay this site up tp 2,000 usd a month. Genuine customers have left positive– they removed. The more you contact the more they push it right beneath your store on a google search. no way or contacting, no way of responding. This is not ethnical. We should be able to respond to our customers. And if negative feedback is left they MAKE us know it by emailing us in hopes it angers us enough to pay. some arent even real customers of mine as we cannot find record of incidents happening anywhere…… .
