I received a product from Rodan & Fields that no longer worked on my skin, a facial cleanser. Because you must register as a preferred customer to receive a better price and shipping, this product was automatically shipped to me. | I contacted the sales person, who sent me a link to their return form, which I filled out. In reading their return policy, I found it interesting that they noted if everything was not done as exactly specified, they would keep your returned product and offer no refund. | I filled the form out to the specifications listed, boxed it and returned it via first class mail. Two weeks passed and I assumed I’d receive some notification when they received the product. I hadn’t, so I reached out to customer service, who informed me that they had no record of the return. Bear in mind, that you are required to pay return shipping. I had not mailed the return with a tracking number and without that, they would not issue a refund. | Having read another person’s story regarding the return of these products, I felt inclined to contribute.
