As a consumer I have dealt with several companies and this by far the WORST company that I have ever come involved with. The level of service provided is what you would compare to a drive thru, the management team is rude and lacks knowledge of policies, the service technicians are inexperienced, unprofessional, disgusting human beings. I purchased furniture in October 2015, service was requested from Saw on the day of delivery to come out an inspect the damaged furniture I contacted the office 2 weeks later, to find out that the service request was cancelled by a manager in error, after having the work order submitted for a second time, I was scheduled for an appointment 3weeks away, after waiting 3 weeks I received a call the day prior to be told that the route was overbooked and the appointment needed to be rescheduled this is error number 2, the next available date was a little over a week away, I take off from work, because they are not able to provide a time frame, | so you literally have to block off your entire day until the day prior to get a 3 hour window, so I’m now ready for an appointment, the day of I get a call saying the technicians vehicle had broken down and the appointment needs to be rescheduled, at this point I am extremely frustrated, but my concerns went unnoticed because I was offered an appointment the first week in December, after waiting nearly two months to be serviced, the technician finally arrives late of course, spends less than 10 minutes to take a few photos, and then tell me that I would be contacted with an update, this was two weeks ago and I have yet to be contacted. The level of service provided from this company makes you feel worthless, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even if it was free of charge. Save yourself the stress and aggregation and take another route. My furniture is still unusable and I have been waiting for the GM to return my call, I have left several messages but have gotten no response.
