Eight months ago I placed an order with Sears.com and when it was shipped I didn’t receive all of my items, but the packing slip said they were all in the box. When I called Sears the woman argued with me and said I did have my items and that she would send my complaint to the complaints department (I never heard from them again). Stupid me placed another order with them last week on Black Friday and now the same thing is happening. I have spoken with a bunch of different people again and they are all givin me the run around. Has this happened to anyone else and if so what did you do about it?
