Sears customer service (or customer care) is just terrible. They’re unwilling to discuss things as equals. I bought something online and had an issue with them (order #544821310). When the customer service rep (CSR) called, she said the call would be recorded for training purposes. When I said that I wanted to record the call, she refused my request. She would not talk with me unless I agreed to let them record the call while I did not record the call! I find it sad that such a formerly wonderful company has slipped so far that they’re afraid to discuss things as equals with their customers.
